Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form, including your name, email address, phone number, selected service, postcode and message. We also record the page from which the enquiry was submitted and a truncated network address used to protect the form from abuse.

How we use your information

We use this information to review your enquiry, contact you about the requested service, prepare a quote where appropriate, and protect the website and enquiry service from misuse.

How enquiries are processed

Website enquiries are processed through NexusKit Formrelay and delivered to the authorised contacts managing enquiries for Eureka Restumping. NexusKit processes the information to operate the enquiry service.

Storage and access

We limit access to people who need the information to respond to or support your enquiry. NexusKit currently retains Formrelay submissions for up to 30 days. Messages and records created while responding to an enquiry may be retained separately as business records.

Local storage

This website uses your browser's local storage to remember that you dismissed the privacy notice. The current website does not use that preference to build an advertising profile.
